Richard Power


Richard is a Certified Practising Accountant and a member of the Institute for Strategy, Innovation & Leadership  (Instil). He joined the Board of WAW Credit Union in 1996 elected as Board Chair in 2014.

He is the convenor of the local CPA discussion group and a member and past president of Lavington Rotary.


David Iverson

Dip.Law, MAMI 

David was elected to the WAW Board of Directors in 2012. He is a retired lawyer and previously a partner of Harris Lieberman specialising in commercial, estate, local government and business law. 

He also served on the Wodonga Council for 10 years with 2 terms as Deputy Mayor. He has been a member of Apex, Lions and Rotary, as well as serving on the O&M Football League Tribunal.


Brendan Munk


Brendan was elected to the Board of WAW in November 2011. He is a well respected businessman, having been General Manager and part owner of the Albury printing company, Specialty Press.He retired in 2011 after being part of the buisiness since 1973.

Brendan is very community orientated, having a long association with the Apex and Rotary services clubs.


Mark Dixen

Grad DipEd Studies, DipAg, DipCH, TC, Cert IV CLM, MAMI 

Mark was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010. He has significant experience working with professional organisations  including the Duke of Edinburgh Award, Albury Wodonga Eisteddfod and Red Cross.

He is also active in community-based groups involving theatre, choirs, education, the bush fire brigade and environmental issues.


Tim Frazer


Tim is a retired accountant and joined the Board of Directors of WAW in 2015. Over his career he has acquired multiple qualifications including a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, a Fellow of FINSIA, plus a registered Company Auditor.  

He is a Board member and Secretary of Border Trust, as well as being the independent Audit Committee member for North East Catchment Management Authority. 


Carol Judd

B.Bus (Acct), FCPA, MAICD 

Carol joined the Board of Directors in November 2016, having worked with or served as a board member for many prominent organisations. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

She is also a Fellow of CPA Australia and has recently retired after over 30 years in public practice accounting, 17 of them running her own business.

In her spare time, Carol is  a volunteer with Lifeline Albury and CareWest.
