WAW Service Centre update

WAW’s Walwa, Corryong and Myrtleford Service Centres have all resume operating usual business.

While fire conditions are set to moderate during the week, we are mindful that this could change very quickly and we will keep our customers informed of any changes to opening hours via this webpage and our social media pages.

Hardship Assistance

WAW is ready to provide assistance to customers and staff alike. If you have lost property, if you have been evacuated or are fighting the fires, please contact WAW when you can to let us know your situation and so we can help you manage your banking during this period of displacement.  

We are offering financial support, ranging from:

suspending home loan payments 

interest-only loan payments

remote support to manage your banking in impacted areas.

We are not putting a value on a ‘support package’ because WAW is owned by you, our customers. 

If you have been impacted by the fires, please get in contact with WAW so we can support you with your banking needs during this time of displacement.

Insurance Claims

If you need to lodge a QBE insurance claim, please find the numbers listed below:

  • To lodge a claim for farm or business insurance please call 1300 734 729.

  • To lodge a claim for motor vehicle or home insurance please call 1300 734 728.

  • To lodge a claim for caravan or boat insurance claim please call 1300 361 516.
