Landing Pages old app closure

The old mobile app is closing. 

On 30 September WAW will be closing the old mobile banking app.
You will no longer be able to login and will instead by directed to download the app from the App Store or Google Play


To continue to use a mobile banking app for your banking, you will need to download the new mobile banking app that we launched in 2019. We think it’s a whole lot better than the old one!

How to know if you're using the old app

If you are using the old app, from 30 September you will no longer be able to login to the old app and you'll be directed to download the new app from the App Store or Google Play: 


If you haven’t already, we’d encourage you to move across to the new WAW mobile app, to start enjoying a simple banking interface and a range of new banking features, such as:

  • quick log in via PIN, pattern or TouchID/FaceID

  • setting a quick balance for your home screen

  • online PIN change

  • put a hold on lost and stolen cards, activate new cards or order replacement cards

  • PayID set up

  • instant transfers, pay bills via BPAY, manage future payments and manage your payee address book

  • personalising your accounts with custom images

  • staying connected to WAW news and updates.

The new WAW mobile app is free for WAW customers and can be downloaded on the App Store or Google Play.
